Holiday Clubs

Warren Weavers Holiday Club

Warren Weavers Holiday Club is run by and operates from Warren Primary School for all holidays except the Christmas break. We offer spaces to children from all schools in the local area on a first come first served basis (holiday club is booked separately from term time).

We provide working parents with high quality childcare, in a stimulating environment where the children are safe and secure and can play, learn and develop freely.

We cater for children between the ages of 3 -11 yrs.

We create a very relaxed and welcoming home from home atmosphere for the children who have access to a wide range of facilities, fun activities and play opportunities.

Please provide your child with a basic packed lunch and named water bottle. Breakfast, with a wide variety of choice is available and healthy snacks are offered throughout the day.

Toileting accidents do occur, if your child is of Nursery/Reception age, please provide a spare set of clothes and shoes, so that we can change your child swiftly and limit the disruption to our routine.

Holiday club operates from 8am – 5.30pm and we offer full day sessions at a cost of £27.50

Booking links are typically available on this website during the second week of half term.

Please carefully consider your childcare needs, before placing your booking, as payment will be expected for ALL sessions requested. Therefore, please do not request to cancel any session after you have received confirmation of your booking. Failure to make full payment for your booking as it was originally made, could lead to your booking being cancelled.

What we got up to in the summer holidays 2024

What we got up to in April half term 2024

Over the April half-term, the children had great fun experimenting during our science themed week. The children especially enjoyed testing out different textures and smells during a sensory activity.

They also had great fun making bird feeders, creating their own bubbles and we cannot forget slime making!  The children had hours of enjoyment creating slime of all different colours and getting messy!

The children love cooking activities and this week a particular highlight was a taste testing activity. They shared their opinions of which dips they did and did not like and why. It was lovely to see them encourage each other to be adventurous eaters and try new foods.

What we got up to in February half term 2024

The children really enjoyed the storybook theme this half-term holiday and took their time to produce amazing short stories about superheroes, pirates and fairy tale characters. As usual, there was a full programme of exciting art, craft and cooking activities throughout the week and the children especially enjoyed taking part in a treasure hunt!
