Meet the Team
Chair: Sarah Yiasoumi
Hi, My name is Sarah Yiasoumi and I have lived in Chafford Hundred for over 14 years. I am an account clerk and a mum to two girls.
I joined the PTFA and became co-chair when my daughter started Reception! Having never been part of the PTFA myself along with other members did not want the PTFA to fold, as we feel it is an important resource for the children and the school.
We took on the PTFA during the height of covid, so it has been an interesting journey, we were lucky to hold a few events due to restrictions during covid. Moving forward, we are holding more events for the children, and the school community.
We are always looking for people to join our meetings, and help us kick around ideas. Please come along to our next meeting to say Hi.
Secretary - Nigel Williams
Hi everyone, my name is Nigel Williams, I’m really pleased to have taken over as the PTFA Secretary.
I’ve lived in Chafford Hundred for over 20 years and my association with Warren Primary dates back to 2002 when my youngest was at nursery… over the years, all 4 of our children have been at Warren and our youngest is currently in Year 3.
My working life has been in Retail Banking. In addition to this, my wife and I have been Foster Carers for the past 11 years. I have also been a Trustee of a London-based charity for the past 7 years that supports both housing and education.
The PTFA does an amazing job bringing the community together and raising additional funds for the school. I’m really looking forward to supporting Sarah and Kayleigh with all the upcoming events.
