Thurrock Primary Schools Performance Poetry Competition 2025
We are proud to announce that our Individual Year 3/4 and large Year3/4 group made it through to the finals of the Thurrock Performance Poetry Competition on the evening of 20th March 2025, with our large Year3/4 group winning their category.
Our group was made up of Bodhi, Samuel, Azariah, Daisy, Munachi, Niara, Frances, Gevariah and Kora, and our Year 3/4 individual finalist was Thato.
The standard was extremely high and the confidence and clarity of speech of all the performers was outstanding. Many thanks to the staff who gave up their time to prepare our entries and to support the children in the competition.
All the performers in the heats and finals made us so proud. They're all winners in our eyes!
